Shipping and costs

You are welcome to pick up your order directly from us. If you pick up the goods yourself, we will inform you by e-mail about the availability of the goods and the collection possibilities. In this case of course no shipping costs will be charged.

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within Germany within 2 - 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 3 - 15 days after conclusion of the contract (with agreed advance payment after the date of your payment order).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered articles with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single consignment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time you have ordered.

We will always keep you informed by e-mail about the current status of your order. This can also be viewed at any time via your customer account.

When your order finally leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. This number enables you to track the progress of your shipment, so you always know where your shipment is at any given time.

In this case, you should first check the spam folder of your mailbox. Often mails from previously unknown senders automatically land in this folder.

If the mail with the tracking number should not be found here, please contact us with your order number and we will take care of sending you your tracking number again.
