Lighting and use
Can black covers be illuminated?
Black covers are often more translucent than expected and can create attractive lighting effects. This works particularly well with trusses, stand sails and truss covers. The visibility of the light depends on the fabric, product and light source being used.
How can a cover be illuminated evenly?
For even illumination, we recommend using LED spotlights or LED bars. They generally produce less heat than conventional spotlights and can be positioned to suit the particular cover. Always follow the safety instructions and minimum-distance requirements provided by the lighting manufacturer.
How are stand sails attached?
The attachment method depends on the stand sail and the stand being used. Depending on the design, elastic tension fasteners, cable ties or suitable clamps may be required. Some three-sided stand sails also require a head plate. Please check the information on the relevant product page to see which accessories are needed.
Products and selection
What is the difference between Budget and Pro versions?
The differences depend on the particular product and may include the material, workmanship, equipment or attachment method. A Budget version may be perfectly suitable for many applications. The Pro version is intended for customers who require a higher-quality or more extensively equipped option. Further details can be found on the relevant product page.
Are the products available in other colours?
Available colours depend on the product and material. Many items are offered in black or white as standard. We will be happy to check the availability of other colours or special requests individually.
How do I find the correct size?
The relevant dimensions can be found in the product description. Please measure the furniture or equipment carefully before ordering. If you are unsure about the correct size, contact us before placing your order. Together, we can usually determine which cover will fit.
Do you also offer covers for folding tables?
Yes. We offer suitable table covers and, in some cases, complete sets for many folding tables. The dimensions and construction of the table are important. Please compare them with the information provided on the relevant product page before ordering.
Printing and custom-made products
Can the products be printed with a logo or design?
Many of our products can be personalised with a company logo, lettering or your own design. The available printing method depends on the material, colour and shape of the product. If you order several items, please tell us which product should be printed. It is best to send us your print file together with the relevant information.
Are custom-made products available?
Yes. If a standard product does not fit, we may be able to develop a custom solution for your project. We require accurate dimensions and information about the intended use. Photographs or a sketch are also helpful when planning the appropriate design.
How long does a custom-made product take?
Production time depends on the product, quantity, material, design and current workload. We therefore cannot provide one general delivery time. The expected completion date will be agreed with you individually as part of the quotation or order.
Do you offer custom solutions for loudspeakers and subwoofers?
Yes. We also produce individual covers for loudspeakers, subwoofers and special combinations of subwoofers and top speakers. Please provide the exact dimensions, construction and intended use so that we can check which solution can be implemented.
Cleaning and care
How should covers be cleaned?
The correct cleaning method depends on the material, print and particular product. Please always follow the care instructions provided with the product or shown on its label. Extra care should be taken when cleaning printed products.
How should stubborn stains be treated?
Please do not use aggressive stain removers or bleaching agents without first checking whether they are suitable. The correct cleaning product depends on the fabric and whether the item has been printed. If in doubt, ask us before a small stain turns into a much bigger problem.
